      Hi sana
      Good question! Well the best way to reduce fat is to eat healthy- lots of fruits, green vegetables, meat, dry fruits etc…Fried food, chips, soft drinks are the worst as these contain extra fat, sugar (that eventually converts to fat when it enters the body) and salt.
      Many think that by not eating, they can reduce fat, but I can tell you that is not healthy at all!! It actually does more harm than good.
      Exercise is also very good to reduce unwanted fat. Maybe a run, jog or a swim or even a game would be really helpful, but be sure to eat healthy before that 🙂
