I remember building whole cities out of wooden blocks on my Granny’s patio. I’d have a system for the road layout and imaginary people living and working there. So it was creative but also organised, a bit like science really!

When I was older I liked playing with electronics. I had this kit I could use to make an alarm for when people came upstairs – but my parents got quite annoyed by it!
