Well I have not discovered anything yet because I am still studying, but hopefully I would very soon. I have read some literature and found that there are racial differences between the way our bodies are made and that we have different amounts of fat compared to muscle. So this makes some of us for example Africans, Asians more prone to getting fat when compared to Europeans! Another interesting fact I have found is grand maternal nutrition has a big role to play on our current health! As soon as I found this I went over to my grandmothers and asked her if she had eaten well when she was young because that would effect me and my chances of getting diseases like diabetes. I suggest you do that too 😉
