      Hi ajaymatt!

      I didn’t know what I wanted to do until I went to University (and probably still didn’t know then!). It wasn’t until I went on to study for my degree that I found a real passion for microbiology (I studied Biology which meant I learnt lots of different topics and chose to specialise in what I enjoyed most) – I loved learning about how bacteria cause disease and how amazing our immune system was at fighting them and decided I wanted to become a microbiologist 🙂
