• Question: on a scale of 1-10 where would you place yourself on your knowledge of science

      That’s a good question but difficult to answer… In terms of general science, probably a 1! I know a bit but there is so much more that I don’t know, especially given that science evolves practically every day. In terms of my specific field, I’d say probably a 7 – I’m quite knowledgeable but there is always room for improvement.

      Definitely a 1/10. Science is such a hugehugehugehuge subject and I only study a tiny portion of it! And as Kaitlin said there’s new research being published every single day. But I’m happy being a 1/10. 🙂 It keeps you striving to learn more.

      Wow – that’s hard – science is so huge! I think in terms of medicine, I’d be ok, but science as a whole – I still have loads to learn – so a 3!

      Most scientists are very niche, they know a lot about a very very very very small topic.

      as has been alluded to by much of the others, because of the vast amount of sciences and ever changing and development of science and ways to prove/disprove and inform further ideas, I would say that my knowledge of science as a whole definitely lower than 5… probably around a 3 – some good general knowledge, some further knowledge of some topics and my specific specialist knowledge!
