      Great question! All sounds are made through vibrations (except tinnitus!). All of the devices you mentioned have small “drivers”, which are magnets that move back and forward very quickly as electrical voltages change in the device. This pushes the surrounding air. Air is kind of elastic (being a gas) and this movement causes areas of high and low air pressure in rhythmic patterns, which travel as a wave – hence, sound waves 🙂
