• Question: What's one thing if you you would change in the UK?

      I would prevent Brexit. There is so much that you and my son will miss out on because Brexit happened. Exchange schemes, opportunities for open collaboration with European institutions. This is all really important for science to grow.

      I would do the same as Zahra. Brexit has already started affecting scientific funds and collaboration, and this will unfortunately affect the scientific research in UK.

      This is a tricky question – I would probably try and change the inequality we have in this country – we have the richest region in Europe (London) while also having 6 of the 10 poorest. I’d like to see something like universal basic income (UBI) trialled too!

      I would do the same as Zahra and Danica said. Brexit will affect a lot of us, and more if you are not from the UK as I am. I will only be able to see my family for a maximum of three months if I am visiting them…that is sad to imagine to be honest.
      Hopefully, things change, but it is a complicated decision to make
