      It depends on the country you live at. In Spain for example, grades need to the the highest as possible, in UK, not that much. It really depends

      To do what I do you need to study sciences at higher and advanced higher level. Then, you need to study chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering or pharmacology at university. When you graduate, you then have the option to study for a PhD to specialize in a specific area of science or work for a company.
