I think I was about 14 when I decided I wanted to discover new medicines, and 16 when I realised that meant being a chemist!

      Hi game393web,

When I was leaving secondary school I was sure I wanted to work in science. But still wasn’t sure which field in science in particular. It was only during my Bachelors that I realised I wanted to work in the field of chemistry.

I was actually 17 when I made the decision. But it is never too late to make that decision. You can go through university and change your mind.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to think about it as in Spain, you have to choose really early which way you want to go. But I was lucky that I knew since I was a kid that I enjoyed science a lot, so it was an easy choice
