      I have discoveres some new molecules that were able to kills Staphylococcus aureus which is a hospital aquired pathogen, it is resistant to the antibiotics we currently have and it can cause severe infections and death.
      Unfortunately, my molecules were also toxic when we tested them against healthy cells. This is themain challenge with natural products, they kill the pathogen but also kill the helathy populations because they are too toxic.Therefore, most of the times these molecules can’t be further processed to go into the market as medicines
