        hopefully it will or it wouldn’t have been upgraded. the last one found the higgs-boson (until that point a theoretical particle)

        Well,considering this time LHC is going to run with twice the energy as last time, there is a likely probability that they will see something more. Apart from the fundamental particles like the boson, photons, etc. maybe the increase in energy could cause more effective collision and reach nearly the temperature at which big bang happened, and they could see some heavy dense matter (maybe super symmetrical particles too), which could be the dark matter!

        But, then We will have to wait and see if we can see anything more. Lets hope we do find something!
