      The speed of light is relative to your perspective. Let’s say you on a rocket travelling at the speed of light. If you turn on a torch the beam of light moves away from you at the speed of light, from your perspective.

      Only massless particles such as photons can go at the speed of light.
      The craziness of relativity comes into play here, and the answer turns out to be NO.
