Hi GangstaSpik3z. It does but not at the same temperature that water.
A compound can be in three different state, liquid, solid of gas.
As water, alcohol can be solid but it present different physical properties. The temperature of solidification of pure alcohol is -100C. Due to the degree of alcohol that you have in your bottle, it will freeze at different temperature.

Vodka does freeze, but not at the same temperature as water. Alcohol freezing point is higher then water, hence you may need more lower temperatures to freeze the vodka! in other way, you can say alcohol lowers the freezing point of water.

one of my friends did find vodka frozen in his freezer after he came from a long vacation! However, i am still amazed by that! I call his freezer super-freezer!
