people along time ago. think they could think of another way to kill them.

To eat them fresh. As soon you remove a lobster from water, it has 48h to live. As soon it is dead you can’t eat it anymore. It degrades quick and there are risks of intoxication. Lots of seafood are boil alive for the same reason.
