        about 40-50 years. but we will still die of something.

        Gene therapy has not yet been legalised or approved, except in some countries like China. Once it gets approved, we may see genetic diseases getting cured. But still, its a long way to go.

        Research takes time and money, in 25 years genetic research did a big jump and genetic therapy is a true hope for disease where gene is well known and identified, however there are still a lot to do…
