        Hey, parsnips is made of majority water (80%), then lipids and carbohydrate and proteins. It contains also 5% dietary fibre.
        It full of nutriments and vitamins and really rich in potassium and vitamin B.
        It is a winter vegetable and really healthy as it contains also anti-oxydant.

        The parsnip (vegetable) is a root closely related to the carrot and parsley. It is high in vitamins and minerals, especially potassium. It also contains antioxidants and both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber.
