        it depends on the level of radiation exposure. if you are exposed to really high levels of radiation, you cant survive it (ur cells will die immediately due to the inoising radiations) . if its is moderate, you can still live as treatment with anitbiotics, or blood transfusion/ organ transplant) may save you. If its very low levels, still it can have long term effect on your body, like genetic mutations and cancer, but a person will live.

        So, it all depends on the level of exposure.
