        no as becoming aquatic would give us no evolutionary advantage.

        Very difficult, as we are adapted to live on land. Unless, all of the land is consumed by ocean, in which case we may evolve to develop some gill like organs, (not very probable, but can be possible) we may not go as far as to become like a dolphin.

        if we needed to live inside the water like dolphin, we may developed some similarity to Aquatic mammal but not necessary similar to dolphin.
