      Hi Ammarah Riaz,

Endorphins are not present in chocolate, infact endorphins are neurotranmitters which are released in our body, when we eat chocolates. They are also released when we exercise, which gives us a feeling of freshness and boosts our mood.

And endorphins are released in almost equal amounts in men and women, so its a wrong notion that only women release endorphin when they eat chocolate.

      Hi,
As Shreesha said they are neurotransmitters.
Also known as natural opiate secreted by our brain which interact with our opioid receptors. They reduce stress and increase pleasure.
Dark chocolate helps to realise it as well as sport (any), jalapeño, ginseng, smell lavanda or vanilla extract, laughing and smiling, be in love or be under the sun. You find them in any brain both in men and women.
