No I don’t think. Even if they find DNA it will be damaged, then even if they succeed to got it intact, you need to create chromosomes and then need dinosaur eggs to put the chromosomes inside. So a lot of ifs before to be able to do anything.
They could have tried if they had the complete DNA sequence of a dinosaur, but even if they had, scientists are yet to fully master the cloning of animals/multicellular organisms as their efforts to clone animals have not been that successful. Although i dont like saying it, scientists cant make dinosaurs come back to life atleast in the next hundred years or so!
