I enjoy discovering new things that other people don’t know about. I then enjoy telling people about them and I also enjoy encouraging the next generation of scientist through events like this!

Science helps you think about the way that the World works. It provides you with a methodical approach to asking and solving questions. There is no end in sight!

I love science because it helps explain the world around us. And while it answers many questions about how things work, there are still so many questions in science that we don’t have an answer to yet. I find this very interesting because there are always new things to be found out in science if you just stay curious.

It’s a topic that can be wide or narrow and has so many different components to it, I’ve done several jobs from using pure chemistry to saying where chemicals can be stored safely , its a vast and rewarding field to get into

While I am a chemist by training, I find all sciences very interesting. There is always something new to learn, and science can be applied to solve problems around us, like global warming.
