      I think you probably mean nucleus… All matter is made up of atoms. At the atomic scale, the atom looking a little like the Solar System. You have the nucleus in the middle with most of the mass and all the positive charge in the atom. Circulating around the nucleus you have electrons moving in orbits. There will be enough negative charged electrons to balance the positive charge on the nucleus.
