This is not a show, but I loved the documentary “The year earth changed”. It was fascinating to see animals claim back their habitats so quickly when we were all indoors. I also would recommend “Our Planet”.

On a more entertaining note, I like watching Big Bang Theory.

I grew up with Star Trek… while not specifically science based, it does have an ethos that science and technology can help us go beyond the limitations of our present situation. That ethos, I full adhere to… we need science and technology to solve the big problems we face.

I don’t know if the BC still does “Horizon” but it was a high quality science program.

I can’t think of any good factual science shows at the moment.

There are always the Royal Institution Lectures on their YouTube channel
Jim Al-Khalili does a good radio program on the BBC “The Life Scientific”

Not a show, but it’s the film that made me want to do a PhD and carry on in science! It’s a film called Hidden Figures and it’s about 3 female engineers and mathematicians who worked at NASA. Would recommend it to anyone!
