• Question: Why did you decide to look at grass above anything else?

      Very very good question.

      Grass is everywhere! It grows so easily, so much so that it covers around 25% of the total land area of the world. This means it can be a useful crop in many countries. Grass doesn’t need any fertilisers or special car/attention to grow.

      Grass is also great at producing renewable energy if you feed it to bacteria and collect the methane that is produced.
