It’s quite a normal and regular thing to make mistakes, especially in science. If it’s a silly mistake once you’ve made it that one time you never forget it and you’ll never do it again. In general the best way to learn is by making a few mistakes or going wrong somewhere!

Everyone does make mistakes. But as Anathi says, you learn from them and hopefully don’t make the same one twice! Sometimes mistakes in science have lead to great discoveries, just look at the work of Alexander Fleming!

I have 🙂 I think doing things wrong is part of being a scientist… it’s actually a great way to learn how to do things (as long as you learn from your mistakes). Though there are safety measures in place to make sure nothing goes seriously wrong

In science? All the time, but that’s ok because most of the greatest discoveries in the world were discovered by mistake or something going wrong! There is a famous science saying which goes “Albert Einstein only said eureka once, the rest of the time he said ‘That doesn’t look right!'” which just goes to show that most of the time you don’t know what you are going to find you usually find something out because you’ve made a mistake!
If you mean in general, then yes nearly every single day!
