The main job of red blood cells is to carry oxygen around the body. The white blood cells are the cells of the immune system and help protect our bodies from nasty infections. I am not sure what happens to these in relation to blood pressure but I do know that if there is a rare condition which I just googled for you called Polycythaemia which is a high red blood cell count which does cause high blood pressure as a result! I hope this helps
