• Question: do you ever struggle with a graticule?

      When you say graticule do you mean the ruler in the eyepiece of the microscope? I used to struggle with it but now I have got used to it. You just have to make sure you remember what magnification you are on in the microscope you can convert the measurements correctly, that’s the hardest part!

      I always struggle with microscopes, but luckily, with microbiology most of our work doesn’t involve standard microscopes, just super duper ones šŸ™‚
