The UK has decided not to vaccinate as chicken pox is a mild illness.

There are safe vaccines for chicken pox but the UK has decided these are not neccessary. This is because chicken pox is’nt a major threat to life plus the UK has a good health system to support people to stay at home and treat chicken pox themselves when they are ill.
