Process of dispersing bioactive liquid compounds in a another immiscible liquid, by applying electrostatic, or hydrophobic, or hydrogen bonding interactions. An emulsion technically is a mixture of 2 immiscible liquids 😀 A good example of this is oil spray used for cooking (oil and water emulsion)
