      It will help me to encourage the next generation to become future leaders and also challenge me on some of the amazing questions that are asked of which we know very little. So it also increases our knowledge.

      Personal enjoyment of communicating science. I already do a lot of this kind of thing for free, I am a STEM ambassador and i write about science on my personal website tomsnelling.co.uk
