Life can take stress in many ways. Physical, emotional, mental but we can overcome this if we try to relax and meditate as there is no use in thinking about something that we can’t change so we have to go with the flow and in that you will find many surprises.
Everyone has different methods to handle stressful situations. I recommend exercise, deep breathing and talking about what stresses you out with others. It’s often not a good idea to deal with your stress on your own as can make it worse. It’s very important for you to take time for yourself as much as you can. Life is not all about work. You need to be able to totally relax and enjoy yourself. Communication is key.
