      Bacteria grow by binary fission…1 cell divides into 2…and 2 into 4 and so on…some bacteria can divide in as little as 20 minutes…so you can imagine after 24 hours how many cells will be produced. I am the one that makes them divide by putting them in liquid nutrient medium so I initiate their division 😀
