Question: what is the worse case of mental case you have had to deal with ?

Hi. Interesting question. I’ve had to deal with someone who was expressing some feelings and thoughts about death and I was really concerned about their wellbeing. We were able to get them help from an ambulance and made sure they were taken to hospital as they were unfortunately in a really bad state and we were concerned about them. They were OK in the end and got good support from medical staff, so things worked out OK but we were very worried and it was quite a stressful experience as we didn’t know what they would do to themselves if they were left alone.
