Question: Which mental illness do you find the most fascinating?

I’m biased as I research psychosis, and anxiety conditions, but some unusual conditions I’ve came across in my research are; Boanthropy – delusional disorder whereby a person believes himself to be a cow or an ox; and Capgras Syndrome, a condition where a person thinks someone in her life has been replaced by an imposter or a duplicate.
