Question: Is there/ will there ever be a cure for mental health?

I think over time, as with any physical disease or problem, we will find cures for mental health issues as well. I mean already, we’ve gotten substantially better at managing things like anxiety and depression, through CBT, have developed medication that helps people with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and have developed treatments that slow down the symptoms of dementia. Yes, it may take years and years to find these cures and treatments but history has shown that in the end every disease has a cure. Just have to find it.
