      People not giving me a straight answer to a straight question. And also people that don’t follow the procedures and create a whole pile of paperwork for me to do as a consequence!

      People who cant or refuse to follow procedures and instructions. Also my department is short staffed at the moment so everyone has to run around doing jobs they dont normally do.

      The paperwork. We’re trying to go paperless with several of our systems which should improve things hopefully!
