I’m not sure there was any one person who was my hero, but I had a lot of people I looked up to and enjoyed like David Attenborough, Patrick Moore and people like that. Anyone who was good at communicating science was always really interesting to me

When I was a teenager, I read some books by Simon Singh, that really inspired me about codes, numbers, computers and secrets. That set me on the career path that I’m still on today, so Simon Singh is one of my heroes.
