So the grades that were really important for getting in to University were my highers (which is the Scottish version of A-levels). When I did my Highers, I got an A in physics and music, and a B in maths and biology, and unfortunately I actually failed my English exam, twice! 🙁
These were enough to study engineering though ( I think I needed 4 B’s including maths and physics), so I was very pleased that I had enough.
I’m English so I did A levels. I got As in Physics and DT Electronics, and also in General Studies. I got a B in Maths. This was before A* grades, so we couldn’t get those. I also got a C in German AS, but my university didn’t mind about that. They actually wanted ABB, so like Paul, I was very happy to get into my first choice of university.
