From a very young age I have enjoyed science. I was always wanting science sets for my birthdays/ Christmas. I always found it fascinating and much preferred it to English/art and music. I much prefer facts and figures.

For as long as I can remember. Like Laura I had some science kits as a kid, and I always watched science shows on TV when they were on (before the days of iPlayer and Youtube!)

I’ve been interested in science from a very you age. I remember breaking apart things and trying to figure out how they work. I used to read lots of books especially non-fiction.

I’ve been interested in science ever since primary school. At secondary school though, I had some very good teachers who got me into electronics and physics, and I started messing about with a language called BASIC to program my computer at home. It was then that I got into the sort of science that I’ve specialised in ever since then.

Pretty much always – I guess I realised in Secondary School when I learnt what was called ‘science’ and which bits were physics, chemistry or biology.
