• Question: Do you think there are other universes/galaxies apart from The Milky Way?

      I don’t know a great deal about space but I think there could be. There is so much we still don’t know and still to be discovered.

    There are around 100 billion galaxies in the universe, the Milky Way is only one of them! When you look up at the sky on a clear night, you can see a sort of stripe go across the sky. That’s the Milky Way. Here it is:

    Some of the other ‘stars’ you see in the rest of the sky are actually galaxies, that are so far away that they just look like single stars. The nearest galaxy after the Milky Way is the Andromeda galaxy; here’s how to find it: http://www.wikihow.com/Find-the-Andromeda-Galaxy
