We concentrate mainly on tumours called “neuro-endocrine” tumours, so they have certain characteristics that we can develop chemistry for so we can see them on our special scanners, and so we can made medicines to treat them

We do all kinds here, We use high energy X-rays to treat most cancers, mainly breast, prostate, lung, head&neck, but everything really, we use lower energy X-rays to treat things at the surface like skin lesions, then we also do brachytherapy which uses radioactive sources implanted close to or inside the tumour to release a high localised dose.
