Radiation is where a certain material emits dangerous particles that we cannot see that can be damaging to us. These materials are said to be “radioactive”, and can be beneficial to patients when used properly to destroy their cancer cells, but obviously healthy people don’t need any cells destroyed so we try to stay away from them!
