      Nobody really knows that, but certain things are known to be “carcinogens” (give you cancer) like smoking, drinking lots of alcohol and inhaling smoke. I can spread from one part of your body to another through your blood

      There is at best estimates about things that can cause cancer. Cancer is basically caused due to genetic reaction of certain cells in the body when they get exposed to particular things (known as carcinogens) ….The exposure can occur by means of food / air particles / touching certain material etc….
