• Question: What is your opinion on the Nuclear Fusion project in Culhum?

      Nuclear Fusion will in my opinion be one of the main sources of clean energy in the future. It is really good that the UK one of the leading countries in this research! Gives jobs to our scientists and puts the UK in an advantage point!

      However right now the power production is not very efficient. In economical terms I mean (at least now). This is because to achieve the reaction which releases the energy in nuclear fusion we need to reach temperatures 10 times larger than that of the Sun! That is almost 200 million degrees celsius! Right now doing that is not very cheap! If you see what I mean.
