        There are about 100000000000000000000000 atoms in a normal piece of paper. So if you times that by 3 that is pretty much the size of a meter squared.

        So that gives about 300000000000000000000000 atoms (that’s 23 zeroes!)

        As James says – there is a lot. We can make these sort of calculations based on something called Avogadros law 🙂

        There is loads!

        In a average human body this is around 7*10^27 atoms. That is:
        7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

        I couldn’t tell you how many in a piece of paper but it will be less than this!
