• Question: why are you carrying out these experiments on worms? Why not any other organism?

      Worms are very easy to keep and easy to handle. Also, there are no ethical restrictions against the usage of them in research. As a lot of basic, cellular processes are conserved between humans and worms, a lot of researchers tend to use worms for looking into these.
