      The wheel.

      This might sound like a joke answer but I think it was! It made all our machinery, transport, building possible. We’d probably all still be walking everywhere and living in caves otherwise.

      I’ll vote for the computer on this one. It’s changed our life significantly, and enable much more science and invention to take place. Without computers, many discoveries wouldn’t have been made and the world would be a different place.

      Probably the lens… microscopes, telescopes etc.

      Hey davan,

      I would love to say something awesome here, but for me it was these easy open eppendorf tubes that stopped me getting blisters on my thumb!
