How does your research work and how do you present/tell it to others?

Question: How does your research work and how do you present/tell it to others?

  How I present it to others depends on how much of the scientist they understand. If I’m presenting to my boss or other people in my lab group we go over lots of raw data.
  
  If I’m presenting to other scientists outside of my lab group you tend to put a powerpoint presentation together, and give lectures or seminars.
  
  If I’m presenting to non-scientists I keep it very simple!
