Sure thing! Heisenberg was a brilliant physicist who stated that you can EITHER know the speed of a particular electron in an atom OR the location of it. Well, I guess more accurately the more you know of one property the less you know of the other. The world starts to act really, really differently at the tiny tiny levels of electrons!! This is called the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. That’s why he didn’t want the cop to tell him how fast he was going…then he wouldn’t know where he was 😉
