0 Question: why does it rain Keywords: rain Asked by Kawaii Potato Cat Molly to Paul on 20 Jun 2015.
Paul Brack answered on 20 Jun 2015:
Hot air can hold more water than cold air (as water vapour); so when hot air cools down, some of the water condenses to form a liquid, and this liquid falls as rain. Here’s an awesome link: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/learning/rain/why-does-it-rain.
